But just watched Sonic 3 and the trailer played before the movie

The trailer got me emotional?? What’s going on here? I thought I didn’t care about Superman but I kinda have some interest in it now?? Help???

James Gunn is good at giving his movies heart! All the GOTG have such well crafted and executed emotional arcs. #2 Yondu stuff, Groot, Rockets story, the animals in 3, the ending of 3, the Rat Catcher backstory in Suicide Squad. I think that earnest heart he laces into his stuff is a great talent he has. And yeah I think the trailer alone shows he managed to bring that to superman
