i can enjoy s*** like that from like wacky perspective but i definitely prefer serious takes on capeshit compared to like adam west (i love adam west batman tho) jus the time has passed i dont need wacky adventures of happy batman anymore..
i dont want to see superman and batman eating in a diner after battle with darkseid just to reference how it should have ended cartoons

Isn’t Clark Kent himself the most realistic take on the “superman” archetype? Our real world frame of reference for absolute power is insurmountable and reckless corruption, would regular folk not realistically wanna combat a world ruled by Lex Luthors if they had the physical means to? Especially one guy who was uniquely born with it
