Title self explanatory. Just gonna use this thread to dump post and discuss released/upcoming smaller games. Feel free to post any dope AA/Indie games yall come across. Feel like I see at least one to add to my wishlist per day so I may as well post them in here.

    store.steampowered.com/app/1054950/Starstruck_Hands_of_Time

Might check this one out. Quirky looking rhythm adventure game with off-kilter Animal Crossing-style visuals and Adult Swim energy.

    store.steampowered.com/app/1147860/UFO_50

Heavily anticipating this one. The concept sounds incredibly unique (they made 50 full games for a "console that never existed" in the 80s/90s. The games even have credits with fictional devs and companies in them as well as fake release dates. A ton of variety and it seems to have some meta stuff as well. Game is reviewing real well (91 on Metacritic with Edge giving it a 9 and Eurogamer a perfect score). I'm prob getting this day 1. These aren't all small games, either. Reviews mention JRPGs that are full length and that every game in here feels like a full game. Same devs as Spelunky (CLASSICS).

    store.steampowered.com/app/2123640/Hollowbody

Silent Hill inspired survival horror game with early PS2 visuals. Just came out to pretty decent reviews.

    store.steampowered.com/app/3014650/45_PARABELLUM_BLOODHOUND__Cyberpunk_Active_Time_Action

EASILY my most anticipated indie game of all time. Devs made VA-11 HALL-A which I adored but this s*** looks insane. A Parasite Eve-like with insane atmosphere. Writing will no doubt be very strong going off their prior stuff. Just watch the trailer (sound ON, music is so good).

Happy this reviewed well since it had a lot of hype behind it. I think it's free if you have PS Extra as well?

  • UFO50 looks so cool, hopefully it comes to PS5 and Switch sooner rather than later

I tested ufo50, there are games that I didn't understand like the first one (dinosaurs)

otherwise it's not really made for me, some are hard and others have good ideas like the western game in turn by turn with the shooting gauge

DAMN, the phases with beetle / coleoptera are S***TY in plucky squire

    they turn around too quickly
