New NIGHTMANIdk if it was because I was tired but this really didn’t hit for me (was one of my most anticipated OTY)
Even though I know the story of Macbeth and LOVE Throne of Blood + Polanskis version, I still struggled to keep up with what was happening
Every shot was beautiful though, and all the actors killed it
Maybe I just need to rewatch it
Yeah give it a rewatch. My first watch I was tired af and the film seemed sorta surreal lol. 2nd watch was much better

Superb acting and cinematography, beautiful set design and costume design
Just a joy to watch masters of the craft spaz in their respective fields whether it be Denzel & Frances or Joel’s direction
Shoutout Corey Hawkins as well who really surprised me in this, never thought he was a bad actor or anything but certainly didn’t think he could do something like this so good s***
