It is a lot of exposition I never deny that in any facet. Any movie where there is dimensional, time travel or this level of weird stuff going on there is a lot of explanation . Which I could obviously do without but s*** still hits for me

like I get you its a lot of exposition but if you remove a lot of the exposition as out there as this movie is and fairy tale clear metaphor most of the movie is someone going to be like "wait this is a plot hole" if they don't over explain

Best Picture is always like every genre of film. I can get someone loving banshees and hating this but the demographic that loves both movies or all best picture nominees is low

Not everything needs to or should be compared when it comes to art but when the time did come to compare it did win 7 Oscars btw.
