    40 was approached to do an Aaliyah project and Drake wanted in, they did a half dozen songs together, but I believe 40 had produced a few more than Drake had recorded on. So it might be like 6 Drake/Aaliyah songs (Talk is Cheap is likely one of them) and 3 or so more with 40 production.

    They were making an aaliyah album, not an aaliyah x drake project. Doubt drake was on more than talk is cheap and enough said

    It was a 40 x Aaliyah album with features and production from Drake. Drakes involvement is ultimately what killed the project.
