started working on this the night my dog died. he was my best friend. I had just left texas to move closer to family in colorado. didn’t even have a room of my own that night. he passed away from heart conditions. this project is all of my turmoil from the past year dealt with and turned into something fun for everyone. there were so many times during this process I didn’t think I’d be able to do that because of how deep my hurt was. I burned every bridge, cut out my friends, even at times cut out myself. im so lucky to be on this other side, I could’ve easily gotten stuck there in the middle. this is delusion understood and walked out of. this is living for the days I wasn’t promised. this is everything I’ve ever wanted to be. and I’m so glad you, whoever you are, wherever you are, get to come and experience this with me. it’s incomplete without you.

I want to thank my boy, my favorite artist, my brother @babymilo (kyba morales) for pushing me to start putting stuff out. im very thankful to have earned his belief and trust in me lately. we’ve both put each other through hell trying to get to our dreams and better selves. if it weren’t for him I would’ve missed all this. I love you bro, we gonna kill this s***.

the stretch from like 5-13 was my fav that ambient vibey stuff around 5 spoke to me and was very captivating and loved the song that followed it oh like that part where they were building the film sets? the music there was recorded off my iphone while I was in this resale shop. they had a white suzuki grand and it sounded so crazy so I just recorded myself playing around on it. lmao the store had a social media manager in that day and they were impressed by my playing, but I don’t really know how to play I just follow my ear. so when she put the camera on me for a video, I started sweating and s*** and f***in up. after that they asked me to leave
I gotta find one of those pianos though, sound was immaculate.
