You can get samples cleared a day before an album releases these days. Rocky isn't serious, hype just isn't there.

Sample clearance is just a front. I'm sure the label delayed it because there really might be a round two of Drake vs Kendrick. Don't forget, TESTING got completely overshadowed because of the Drake vs Pusha T beef.

Rocky might not care about the sales and s***, but the label puts in money to get the samples for albums cleared, so chances are they wanna make sure they get some kinda return. I just refuse to believe that an album six years in the making hasn't been able to get its samples cleared. S*** don't even make sense.
