I think Tyler might have mentioned this. From what I remember he said Rocky gets too excited when a project is showing promise and not yet finish. Versus Tyler who really drops when the product is done or close to done. Like he got kinda pissed when Rocky brought up Wang$ap cus it must not be done and now they have unneeded pressure now that we know it exists.
