3. He also received an “aggressive” message from Rocky telling him “wya?” “Let’s get to it” and “Stop ducking my calls”.
4. Relli will testify that he agreed to meet ASAP bc he believed they would have a confrontation, argue, and “fight like brothers do” and makeup.
There are two incident locations:
1. First incident Illz and 12vvy try to separate Relli and Rocky’s confrontation. They are grabbing each other’s hoodies. Rocky appears to be the aggressor.2. We clearly see Rocky with a gun.
3. Relli will testify that Rocky pointed the *un at his chest and was threatening him, “I’m going to k*ll you”
