He was with him on November 5, 2021. They were in L.A.

12. At this time, Relli lived in NY, not Los Angeles.

13. He believes he arrived in Los Angeles on November 3rd. His artist was recording on the 4th, 5th, and 6th. He flew in from NY.

14. On November 5th, he met Bari at Bari's home in Los Angeles.

15. While they were on their way back from the airport, Rocky called Bari. Bari, had the phone on SPEAKER.

16. Rocky was trying to get Bari to attend an event. Then Bari jokingly or sarcastically said "I see you got Illz and 12vy on your jet". Then Rocky randomly said "F that n*** Relli" and that he doesn't F with him because "he's mad emotional" and he doesn't like him. He followed with something like "Imma beat him up". Rocky didn't know Relli was in the car.

17. On Nov 6th, Relli was staying at the Loewe's hotel in Hollywood. Rocky was performing at Complex Con. Relli had no plans or an invitation to attend that event.

18. That evening, he received texts and calls from Illz, 12vvy, and Rocky. He was sleeping when the messages and calls came through.

19. When he woke up, he got these three messages from Rocky: "Where you at?", "Let's get to it", and "Stop ducking my calls". He perceived these messages to be aggressive.

20. He thought "Let's get to it" meant "he wanted to fight or something".

21. They hopped on facetime. Rocky asked him where he was. He told him the W. Rocky said "no you ain't that's a bum a*s hotel".

22. Using facetime, Relli showed him where he was. Rocky said he'd be right there. Relli messaged Illz and asked him what was going on.

23. Relli said that Rocky didn't "read the room" and he probably thought he was dealing with a bum but he was doing well and taking meetings with music execs. He said he was at the height of his career at this point.

24. He walked down Hollywood Blvd to the W and turned on Argyle to meet Rocky.

25. He heard Rocky say "what now p****". He was loud and aggressive. Then he saw 12vvy and Illz. They were right behind Rocky. Rocky had his hoodie on and the whole scene "was like a movie".

26. He said he would never fight Rocky. They are in an industry where you can get blackballed really easily and he (Relli) is "on the lower end of the stick". His career would be over. He's a nobody. So he would never fight Rocky.

27. We looked at his call logs and texts from the night of the incident.

28. After the incident, he had to "vacate" his label because his artists didn't want to work with him bc they felt like he lost credibility and he was labeled as a snitch.

29. Prosecutor shows Relli a video of the first altercation and pauses it where they are entangled. I see Relli grabbing Rocky by his collar area but Relli said Rocky grabbed him by his collar first. This altercation happens immediately after Rocky said "What now p****". At some point the gun comes out and Relli says "the F*** you got a gun for". The gun came from Rocky's waistline.

30. Relli said the gun was a black semi-automatic with a clip. He had never seen that gun before. He did not know Rocky to regularly carry a gun. He said Rocky has a lot of security and Rocky doesn't carry prop guns. He had never seen Rocky with a gun until the night of the incident.

31. During the altercation, Rocky pointed the gun at him, toward his stomach and head. "He was looking for a spot to shoot me. If Ilijah wasn't there he would have shot me." Relli told Rocky to use it. He thought to himself: "you better use that shyt, wtf you pulled a gun for".

32. Relli sees Jamel (12vvy) put a pocket knife away in his coat and Relli says "what the f*** you got a knife for". Jamel says it's not like that then "scurries off to Rocky". At the time, Jamel had gone on tour with Rocky for 8 or 9 years and was back living in the projects.

32. That’s wild. Bro doesn’t even have a basic rental condo in Brooklyn or something simple like Hudson Yards. Rocky should’ve put those guys on salary—otherwise, they’ll turn on you real quick, just like Relli. No wonder the entire Mob look bummy they been spending all their money on clothing.
