Summary of Relli's direct examination so far

The prosecutor started by addressing the first incident/location and then goes into the second incident/location.

1. Relli was telling 12vvy “truthful” comments. He was saying there are a lot of ASAP members but only three are really successful.

2. He called Illz a crackhead but notes that he never had a problem with Illz.

3. He says he wasn’t following Rocky to the second location (or Illz and 12vvy), they were just walking and talking.

4. He knew Rocky had a gun. The entire time he was "not" following him he was telling Rocky how he felt. He said he felt comfortable doing this because they were on a busy street in Hollywood and he felt he would never see him again.

5. The prosecutor asked him, "did you believe at that moment he would shoot you?". Relli said he didn’t know and at that moment he only wanted to “get what was on my chest off”.

6. Rocky got to the stop sign first (2nd location), followed by Jamel (12vy) then Illz and Relli. Relli's still talking. He sees Rocky turn around and “it kinda looked like a movie”.
