-Relli walked in on 11.8.2021 and said he was a victim of a shooting by a well known celebrity, Rocky, whom he had known for 15 years, and they were part of a group called ASAP MOB.

-Relli tells him about the incident at the first location (parking garage).

-Relli said Rocky walked up to him and said “What’s up now p****?” He then pulled a gun from his waistband and said “I’ll kill you right now” (twice).

-Relli then tells him about the incident and the 2nd location:

-Relli told him he believes there were approximately 3-4 shots and that the incident happened on 11.6.21 but he reported it on 11.8.21 because he wanted to have a lawyer with him.

-Relli had two 9 mm Luger casings in a black plastic bag.

-Relli said Rocky pulled out a gun from 5-10 ft away.

-He and two other detectives were assigned to this matter on 11.9.2021

-Flores went to Vista Del Mar and Selma Avenue to canvass the area and gather evidence.

-Camera footage was retrieved from four locations. The first was the parking garage.

-We see the parking garage video at the first location. We see the confrontation and Illz and 12vyy trying to break up Relli and Rocky.

-Flores has a basic understanding of firearms.

-He is familiar with revolvers and semi automatics

-Based on his experience, Rocky was “NO DOUBT” holding a semi-automatic weapon.

-After the confrontation and the second location, the man in the black sweatshirt walks off and the man in the red jacket pauses initially then follows the man in the black sweatshirt.

-Then another person, presumably Illz in the blue jacket, walks up Vista Del Mar, turns, then walks toward El Centro.

-Flores did not collect video between 1030-11pm bc he was focusing on the time period of the shooting incident.

-Relli told Flores that he was with another person when he went to retrieve the casings.

-When he collected the video of the person in the light colored shirt walking in the area, he initially believed it was Relli. He no longer believes that (Objection by Tacopina sustained by Judge. Answer stricken)
