⁃ Levin said a prop gun looks like a real gun but doesn’t fire projectiles. (They release cartridges -established in later testimony)

⁃He said he and security thought the prop gun was a good idea.

⁃Rocky got the prop gun from a DMV video shoot in July 2021.

⁃Everyone in Rocky’s friendship circle knew that he carried a prop gun.

⁃Levin had the prop gun MODIFIED

⁃After the CA incident w/ Relli, Rocky gave the gun back to Levin who gave the gun back to the director from the video shoot.

in summary he's basing his whole charge against rocky with the following:
gets in a scuffle with rocky, caught on CCTV but not entirely clear
looks like rocky pulls a gun and fires it at him

problem is:

• he had damage to his knuckles he claims was from bullets
• he returned to the scene after cops searched it and supposedly found the shells
• the gun rocky had is a prop
• he gets super emotional while getting pressed by the lawyers, talking back etc., and can't get his story straight
• he's admitted to wanting to sue rocky for a bunch of money
• wally who's done work with rocky recorded convos with relli, relli denies it and says it's AI

Summary of the Argument Part 1:

1. “This is not a difficult case.”

2. There is only ONE critical question: “Did he use a REAL gun or did he use a FAKE gun?” Nothing else is in dispute. Tacopina will talk about Ephron, how he earned his income, who his girlfriend is, what kind of lifestyle he led people to believe he had on IG. None of that matters.

3. He addressed Relli’s desire to be compensated and that his primary focus was not criminal punishment: “Mr. Ephron was absolutely focused on himself”.

4. He argued that Rocky made the decision to reach out to Relli, provoke the confrontation, and bring two other people with him.

5. He focuses on the way 12vyy kept referencing Ephron’s build. He said you would think it’s the first time 12vvy saw Relli outside of a gym.

6. He argued that "the witnesses lied". But there was one thing they couldn’t lie or deny: "The Defendant and his significant other are powerful within the entertainment industry. They have the power to cancel Ephron, 12vyy, or Levin".

7. "Rocky was literally coaching 12vyy in open court". (referencing the AWGE incident). "Do you expect him (12vyy) to come in court and tell you what really happened?"

8. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A “WARNING SHOT” FROM A PROP GUN.

9. The "most absurd part of the defense": Relli knew the gun was a prop gun. But at the same time, they want you to believe Rocky pulled a gun to intimidate Relli.

unless mr tapioca give the closing statement of the decade and explains alot of stuff its over for rockyi think she's right or unless there's a rihanna/rocky stan in jury wouldnt be surprised if its a hung jury n retrial tbh
