    but this s*** is overused now to him, he really raised the bar with all those music videos especially the taiylor swift and dmb one, so now he's cursed to offer something even more special

    it's a shame he and rihanna haven't created a joint album

    I'll admit that I haven't cared about music videos much post Blog era
    Especially since they became so much 'easier'

    Although if a small act manages to do a lot with a little or an artist has a really good idea then I'll be interested

    Yeah I used to be hyped for it. Anticipate them even but now I don't even care for it. Usually just see it playing at stores or when I'm at the barbers and they put it on because YouTube is free

    How many times do people who have shaped the game we have now (Rocky Pharrell Kanye I’ll leave Timbo out of this he hasn’t really shaped the game since the mid 2000’s but kind of him too if we remember who he is but even just focusing on Rocky P Kanye) have to use it before we kind of realize all the innovators/visionairies/game changers of the culture we have, f*** with AI lol

    There’s obviously a growing difference between Fenix Tyga prompted slop and people using it as a tool to extend a true vision

    i disagree with the dude on the AI stuff but he's one of the last people on this site standing that really knows their s*** when it comes to hip hop and puts real effort into discussing it, whether i think he's right or wrong. Lame s***.

    getting more information about what it is, how it was created, etc informs how we feel about it.. pretending that being ambiguous about the exploitative way it was made inherently makes it any better is silly

    Let me reframe my question then:
    Hypothetically, let’s say this video was created with no use of ai and Rocky and his team just went crazy with the editing like we know him to do. Does it look like cheap ai art? Does is look on par to what Rocky usually puts out or is this just lazy cheap art?
    I don’t have the answers, I just want to know what ppl really think of the video itself
