What you're forgetting is that software technology requires hardware. Someone needs to build computer components, design systems to keep data centers cool, etc.
I would also add that the development of the software itself requires exploitation, given that transforming the idea into a finished product requires a team of programmers.

You'd still be forgetting that it's impossible for everyone to become a billionaire- being a billionaire requires an underclass of workers to extract wealth from.
