y r these hypotheticals relevant tho

it doesn’t matter that the manufacturing relationship has the potential to fall thru. all business relationships have that potential; it doesn’t affect their valuations any more/less than it does yeezys

When you can’t make an argument that’s based in reality you have to move on to hypotheticals

Jay Z growing dreads is still crazy to me. He’s been a buzz cut warrior my whole life.

he even said back in the bp3 era he’d never do it and he’d look terrible with dreads lol

The product means jack s***. Especially for something like a shoe thats produced in China. What's valuable is the brand.

Statements like "If Adidas stopped making his shoes..." show me that: again, you're missing the point. Kanye has access to the best designers in the world. He could do this with anyone.

    Fastest billion dollar brand ever.

Isn’t he building his own factories?

If adidas dropped him couldn’t he just manufacture them on his own? The profit margins would be worse but he’d still recoup it by taking home the lion share of the money

    Good question.

Probably the current agreement ties Yeezy to Adidas for production for a set amount of years. But knowing Kanye Omari West, he's thinking big, and he's thinking to the future.
