Now I don't like Fantano content but it seems to be a classic case of broke boy jealousy the hatred he gets on here..

He talked about it in Tiktok months ago

I'm no big Fantano fan but have watched his reviews from time to time over 10+ years and honestly the only thing that's seemed to change is the video quality

I always thought about his TikTok as some silly side thing like the videos he posts on YT that aren't on the review channel

If Activision took the audio from one of his YouTube videos he might’ve had a valid case

but they took it from his tiktok sounds library which he made available for others to use

there’s a bunch of other accounts that use the same sound, why isn’t he suing all of them?

If Activision loses this case then TikTok might actually be f***ed
