Christopher Lambert
He cannot act, he tries and fails to do an American accent in all his movies even though he’s quite obviously french, has a giant f***ing forehead and just HAD to show us his d*** in the directors cut of fortress
How this man got in anything I will never know
Might not have seen enough of his stuff but John Cusack's success baffles me, there's something anti-charismatic about him, it kind of works in Love & Mercy but I really dislike his voice and performance tics

I think he has a face that’s just hard to see him as anybody other than John Cusack lol. Even in movies I like with him, he’s just John Cusack.
But his career is thanks to being famous as a teen star in the 80’s and then making better movie choices than most of the other 80’s teen stars.

I liked him in that but kind of agree
Yikes.
Overhated movie imo, nothing too amazing but the cinematography was insane, thought the performances were good and the main argument was interesting to me, a lot of the criticism imo seemed like critics seeing it as 'unbecoming' for a filmmaker to address film journalism, when that scene was really a tangent that by no means represented the whole movie, Malcolm's meant to be ungrateful and petty anyhow
Levinson being the privileged son of a director is whatever to me, JDW is already Denzel's kid, but him being a white writer telling a very specifically black story is kind of a strange choice, but I like 'argument movies' like Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, I like good B&W cinematography, and I liked the performances of the two leads, the negative reviews always seemed like they were watching a far more objectionable movie than what it actually is, can't understand thinking it's the best thing of the year, but I also can't understand people acting like it was uniquely horrible

i thought he was great in being john malkovich

I thought that was one of his better performances, but something still bugged me about it, and after seeing Adaptation it was like Cage perfected what Cusack was going for there

Thought she was great in Malcolm & Marie
And Euphoria. Even in Spiderman and I hate the annoying s*** they make her say.

Too much arguing but she did great. John was basically playing Kanye lmao

That performance was weak. Seen better acting on KC Undercover.
