Only highlight of this movie was Meryl Streep‘s cheeks
Bro I thought I was tripping she was packing cake
Felt like a long snl skit which was cool in 2017 but now beating up on ignorant stupid people just comes off as lazy now
Timothee joined this just to make out with J Law for sure
W for Timothee
I have two takes about this movie - First one is that Adam simply failed to make atleast one character for whom we can feel sorry. And alternatively maybe the point is that in the face of such catastrophe everyone looks silly, dumb etc.
Anyway I'd give this movie 4/10.
Reading critic reactions to the movie almost feel like I’m still watching the movie in a way lol
Like some journalist going “yeah ok I see what you were trying to do but I don’t think you really conveyed the end of mankind in a way that was artistic enough for me to care
“
Like it feels as if I’m just watching another scene play out live
The overall point was beaten over the head and ultimately it bummed me out in its relentlessness but I can’t fault the movie for it either. Sometimes it’s justifiable and I don’t think there’s really a true right or wrong way to convey these concepts
This is a great take. I couldn’t write how I felt but this is basically it, lmao.
i heard this like idiocracy but w a list actors
y’all shoulda watched emo y in Paris s2 instead it’s the better holiday Netflix drop tbh

Mike Judge's social commentary is actually a very good comparison, but to just call it a list idiocracy is too dismissive

This is facts. It’s basically a 2 hour long SNL skit
and saying it’s just a 2hr long snl skit isn’t dismissive?
