Oscar WinnerI think I’m more hyped for the cast than anything else. Teaser was ok.
I personally love The Big Short (I know a lot don’t) so that’s prolly the only reason I have a little faith in McKay. But part of me thinks that might of been the one time he got lucky.
And I say lucky in reference to him shifting over to more serious subjects in his movies.
Step Brothers, anchorman and those earlier films are in their own lane.yeah I sorta wish the cast + premise was in the hands of another director, there’s so much potential there and i doubt McKay will be able to really tap into it

Think Leo let his passion for climate change cloud his judgement on this one, to be honest. Heard from some early screeners on Reddit, that the movie is very underwhelming.
Should have chosen Nightmare Alley instead.
