In terms of impact

every single one
Get Rich or Die Tryin is a classic...Rick Ross doesn't have a classic album and his songs don't really have much replay value in my personal opinion outside of maybe Hustlin
Rick Ross has one platinum album and that took him like 10 years to get it.
The Massacre went platinum in four days. C’mon son.

so
If we factor in 50's mixtapes, the artists he put on, the hits, the deep cuts, the influence, the global impact, etc., on top of his early albums, then no. Hell, Ross even lowkey was influenced by some of 50's cuts from the Massacre.
Ross has a neat prime from 09-12 but not better than 50's.
That said, Ross has the more consistent career overall and his lows weren't as low as 50's(Curtis, AA).
50 in his prime was a beast that not many can f*** with but overall careers at this point in time I'm going ross > 50 imo
