Also random but Amazon is so ass. I went to pre order a physical Monday and it wasn’t going to ship me a copy until late July. I pre ordered at Best Buy instead and it’s out for delivery right now

This game series will probably be fine after this game. It has a foundation that's fun at its core. The second, like most wrestling games will probably be the best in the series.

That and they'll be updating this one frequently as far as adding more of the roster, mini games, and hopefully more to the story mode
It isn't perfect but as a fan of aew and wrestling games I have fun playing

Game has loads of potential, just some silly s*** I noticed that needs fixing…
I played with some friends and within 3 mins my character was out on the ground for 30 seconds off basic moves selling.
I know that this game tries to reach the days of AKI. It’s rather silly that matches can end when both have a high spirit bar with basic moves being done.

IMO it's a lot like AEW itself...rough around the edges, room to improve, but still very appealing bc they capture a certain charm and unpredictability that was missing from pro wrestling (at least mainstream pro wrestling in America) for quite some time
sometimes it's super frustrating but more often than not it's a blast even with its flaws
