I just did a lot of research on the history of EDM + rap and Planet Rock is one of the earliest fully formed examples of that I could find
his music career definitely did have a far-reaching influence and the Zulu philosophy inspired a lot of great things (I don't think today's underground rap could exist without Zulu Nation, for better or worse). the good and bad can co-exist.
I don't think we need to practice revisionist history bc he was a disgusting person, those things can still be true and besides they don't even have that much to do with him personally bc a lot of ppl were involved in making the music and carrying his message, a lot of ppl that unlike him actually did right by the philosophy he was preaching
