How easy is this to get into, like I play civ for example and tried europa universails which I never really got the hang of, but I only played it for like 3 hours and you probably need way more hours before you get an understanding of that one.

This one is different from the Civ series due to everything happening in Real Time as opposed to you being limited to what you can do on your turn. There are tutorials in the game that do a pretty good job of teaching you how basic mechanics in the game work. Overall, I think it's pretty easy to get into if you like strategy games in general. It doesn't have anywhere near the speed of a game like Starcraft for example.
