Where is the narrative coming from that the art being used are from google images of art?

Cause that would be a legitimate concern for property rights

A lot of art hosting sites have been allowing in the fine print to allow their art to be used for the AI. Which would mean it's stealing the IP of artist's original work.

It's the same general concern from NFT's. Yeah the s*** sounds good on paper, but capitalism is working faster to make the cons overpower the good from the technology.

Most NFT projects have now died with no value tied to the artwork for 95% of the projects.

I have seen it repeated so many times now people just take it as fact it seems

I've also seen some people showing people stealing art using AI and saying that is all AI art but that's just someone using another work to train the AI which is no different than someone else copying someone's else work by hand or paying someone to copy their work

some of these models are based on some libraries that have copyrighted works but the model is compressed down millions of times

there is not enough of an original work left in any of these AI models it uses noise Diffusion to make these images not directly copying
