what GPU do you have?

I'm curious cause lower end hardware needs a few tweaks to use RAM + VRAM cause they don't have enough VRAM to run it normally

minimum to run it without tweaks is 6GB of VRAM

yeah I can get you going with stable diffusion pretty easy

download this, unzip into the folder you want to run it out of and then run the webui.bat file

after it installs go to localhost:7860

edit: you also need a model file you can get a bunch off civitai.com, needs to be placed in the folder models/stable-diffusion

it is a bit lower end, gtx1650 super with 4gb dedicated vram

add this flag to the bat file --medvram

after command line args

copy the bat file before and keep the original file

i was just thinking that while auto1111 (the one i linked above) is the most advanced gui for running stablediffusion, it's all i use.

some of my friends find it confusing and prefer using invoke as it's simpler. it might be a better option for you.

you'll still need the model file, and this video should help if you want to use invoke
