TOO MANY B**** ASS NIGGAS IN OUR INDUSTRY'LL CROSS THE DAMN PICKET LINE.
And the drakes, beyonces, and taylors of the industry already made it so no one from the top'll jump in to prove a point. Because this s*** is based upon instant gratification.
Cinema and TV, months and years of work is put in before a single pilot or script is put out.
Niggas can just punch in bars off freestyles sounding like they just woke up out of bed (Veeze clones) and get the wild d*** ride treatment on here.
Meanwhile spotify just made it that much harder for independent artists to get paid while still having a low payout per stream and niggas are saying NOTHING.

only thing AI has done that I think is BENEFICIAL as far as music industry goes, is make instrumentals/acapellas a lot easier if you a dj.

i actually like the AI covers too
but “creating” with AI is just gross man i cannot lie. also all the AI art looks terrible to me. whether it be stills or videos, it looks so cheap and s***ty.

Think the AI covers coming and going shows that the audience as a whole still has a sense of discernment which might be the biggest saving grace.
But s*** like this is a slippery slope. Musicians gotta pop off before these tech niggas that never touched an instrument or sang/rapped a written line circumvent centuries of hard work from the soul.
