It was stationed in Georgia and then last month it returned to Canada. It has never been used by others to go outside the states.

Nah, it was actually used for transporting COVID-19 supplies for frontline workers then it went over to wherever Virgil was to get repainted. I don't know where it's been since then, but I saw a picture of it in a Canadian airport after that.
