That deal was for everything including joeys pull up, rorys side businesses, malls side businesses etc etc. 360 deal. They didnt get a proper offer for just the podcast so they left

I'm very certain these are all things that could've been easily negotiable...there are many who have negotiated mutually beneficial deals with Spotify in the past.

Why would Spotify even request access to any of those things when they don't have any hand in the production or distribution of those products, businesses, etc?
