There was some buildup for it in the show because everyone was waiting to see if he’d do it because of Drakes corny lawsuit, but that wasn’t THE ENTIRE SHOW. And if you think it was respectfully, it went over your head.
I’m not saying it was literally the entire show but it was clearly the main spectacle everything was building up to. There wasn’t that much going on. He wasn’t making some 10D chess David lynch psychological film. The show was (95%) about this era of his career as highlighted by NLU

When the primary vector of exposure to external audiences is a beef, that’s how you’ll be remembered. Answer for what? You saw all the tweets I posted. None of them said anything bad, they were just viral tweets from ppl not liking the performance. I only looked at the amount of likes or RTs, not who sent them. Zero negative words
But since you wanna play that game what about all the tweets from racists and abusers Kendrick fans shared during the beef cuz supported their views? Why did you not have any issue with that?
