Nah, I'm speaking of before October last year when he was saying it would drop in June then July then August then he said it would drop before the Grammy deadline, just for Drake to announce in October that it'd drop in January.

After Drake said it wouldn't be dropping in January, Akademiks went out of his way to say it'd be dropping latest by April. He gave a series of dates that were all wrong. That's my point.

I can see this dropping in August, like others said 23rd feels little too early given the process the album is in. Assuming it’s still in mixing stages, they gotta have the first single ready, mastering, album cover, shoot some videos, etc.
