Hypothetically speaking... if, IF, Drake were to drop CLB outta nowhere at midnight. He would announce it at the last possible minute. If you all remember, he announced DLDT like two hours before dropping it. He would announce it late this time bc he would not want Kanye to have time to push his album back. My theory is that he will either announce the album or drop the album while Kanye is preoccupied with the listening party.
