I don’t think Drake cares about Donda too much. If I had to speculate why the album is taking longer it’s because they are getting all the promo for the album ready whilst it’s being mixed and mastered and kept under lock and key. Music videos, maybe a short film. Commercials, billboards and everything else. He will want to make this a big drop because of the time since the last album. Then at least everything comes out when it’s ready unlike the mess Ye is doing. Presentation is key. That’s why he mentioned specifically delivering it to us. They ain’t just uploading the s*** to streaming when they say delivering.
