kanye already gave the full album to his fans. it may not be on streaming officially but it's out there for his fans to listen

now they can just sit back and enjoy the antics before it drops on streaming services

Sound 42 and it’s not close for me. Not around is good, but sound 42’s progression and message was insane. I doubt it sees the light of day though unless we get a “Care Package 2” down the road.
