Merch is okay. It's generic but free merch usually is. The free merch Drake gave out during the Views era wasn't so great either.

I know. People can say album covers don't matter but they do. The covers for SFG, TC & NWTS are all iconic. Hell, even the cover for Comeback Season is. You can have them on vinyl placed in your house and people will immediately recognize them. The covers for Views and Scorpion are less iconic but at least they don't look horrible.

I don't know what changed. He clearly had a different vision for the album and it's visuals just based on that trailer but it's like now he's just rushing to put the album out and going with whatever.

Of course we'll still bump the music and that's what really matters but it's just disappointing to see that he pretty much phoned in the album cover when he really didn't have to. Especially for an album that he's spoken so highly about. I don't know.

2 years from now, we'll look at that cover and we'll all cringe.
