You're joking right? First of all this award isn't for the past few years. Any artist over the course of their long careers can get this award. Second the fact that you actually think Drake's videos are impressive enough to be making this argument tells me you don't watch other artists videos very much but here is a list of artists just at the top of my head who should definitely win this award over him:

Imo drake has 4 classics the media can play brain dead all they want it just another Hong they try to poke or criticize if CLB is a super classic it’s gone be something else just watch and wait on it most his good shot don’t even be coming out and he stilll on a run
