However how it works is when submitted the features don’t matter. They can be removed/altered/added to even once we’re done with them As long as the production is the same. That’s why it’s hard to say - they don’t even have to make the final cut.
But they do have to have a project title when submitted and both were submitted under CLB. But again artists will have 30 or more final tracks to choose from and cut it to like 12-15 most of the time except these days when artists are doing 20+ But none of my business
