SouloGives me classic Drake and some new Drake vibes too that I’ve never felt
He sounds like he’s just having fun on some tracks trying to give us the soundtrack to his life at the moment instead of being so dead serious
He’s rapping his ass off, sounding hungry, which is something I personally enjoy
Sonically this album is immaculate and I’ll die on that hill, it’s NWTS meets TC and SFG
How can you genuinely not like the Drake and Cudi track?
He’s opening up on a lot of the s*** that’s been happening over the years, it’s cool to see what’s been going on in someone of this statures life and what exactly he does to deal with s***.
He’s showing and telling that he doesn’t care about competition, which is great because if you think you’re the GOAT you gotta talk your s*** and let em know it’s you and then everybody else.
It has something for everybody, which as cliche as it may sound, it’s very true.
He’s perfecting his sound, people can get mad all they want about him not “experimenting” (which is total bullshit because I’ve seen this man “experiment” plenty of times his entire career) but he knows what he’s doing when it comes to making music and I personally believe it shows here more than ever before.

Reading some of the reviews most aren’t even saying that the music is bad, they mainly arguing about it being the same.
I have never seen drake stans cry about wanting him to make something else its always about wanting him to make another tc/nwts. Seems like the only ones who care about this are people who dont listen to drake like that and thats ok

I don't really care about the comparison between the albums but this site is so full of Kanye stans, that it kind of warps my perception of the general reaction to the project.
But it's good to be reminded that there's different demos out there. And people who will give the album a fair shake or will let the album digest.

Yeah you gotta keep in mind most of this site is white teen boys (Kanye stans) which is a complete different demo than Shade Room
