highwaystarpeople will listen to it once or twice, call it mid and then say Drake doesn't make music that has anything to digest.
In reality his engineers produce some deep seeded ear worms, and his lyrics and singing/rapping are the same, you get nuance of staying power. Idk, he can definitely craft projects beyond a first listen
Unfortunately we’re in the one listen/playlist era now so most people who thought it was mid will write it off based on one listen
