Can someone explain the Forza Nocta album title rumor to me?

Drake was spotted with clothing written Nocta, there’s a trademark for it, and he pinned a message that said something along the lines of like “Forza Nocta soon”, there’s more too I bet I just forgot.

It would be nice to have a lil Tory feature,OVOXO one track and maybe a introspective Drizzy with Weeknd just crooning in the back like Good Ones Go track.
