if you counting Drake's 2015 in totality which would include loosies, back 2 back, WATTBA, Hotline Bling etc I can see there being a case for Drake in terms of sheer Dominance. I can also see there being a case for future with DS2, Beast Mode, and 56 Nights all dropping that year.

TPAB was album of the year tho by an extremely comfortable margin. One of the greatest hip-hop albums of all time. I say this proudly in the Drake sxn with CLB in my handle

Yes again in terms of sheer dominance I would give the edge to Drake and IYRTITL is a goat tape for sure but don't sleep on 2015 Future. That was his goat year imo. DS2 a classic and 56 Nights a goat mixtape as well. And they both get the W for WATTBA so they were pretty even that year. I live in atl tho so idk how your city consumed future at the time but the streets were on fire out here

Along with Back To Back we got hotline bling and the music video which is one of the most iconic music videos in history. It ran the charts for the whole year. Next we got What a time which had hits like big rings, jumpman, diamonds dancing, etc. The only artist who can rival this year in terms of success in HIP HOP is Drake’s 2016 or 2018.
