FHD is CLEARLY by any metric a modern day classic. Off the strength of him being an all time rapper in the genre and that album being his most impactful
He also came up in an era where rappers had to give out a s***load of original material to maintain relevance. It’s likely then, that had he not have to give away music for free, he’d easily have like 3 classics

While I’m on it, bodies of work that had 100% original music should be considered albums.
We treat them and label them as albums today, and mixtapes aren’t even a thing anymore (with original music that is), we should be able to retroactively change that with albums that we called mixtapes when they dropped
IMO that matters because if we do this, quite a few acts would get a classic under their belt and it wouldn’t even be forced
So far gone, Friday night lights, kush and orange juice, the warm up, liveloveasap, are all classics without even thinking abt it
