I thought Oxnard was gonna be received as a classic
Same
Oxnard still his top 3 solos imo
Malibu
Ventura
Oxnard
Id listen to Dawn over Kissland anyday.
Its the same quality as Trilogy but a total different sound and vibe so not really needed to compare to for me.
I don't need "night time" music from Abel to enjoy him, he makes better pop music than R&B
this
Every Drake release since IYRTITL is terribly overhated so it's not confusing anymore
nah but CLB was actually good
Big Sean’s Hall of Fame
His best project by far and nearly flawless
But everyone hated it and fans even convinced Big Sean to say it was his worst album lmao
But I absolutely love HOF aside from the Nicki / Juicy J track and the skit
S*** is a near masterpiece
Crazy how this album won a grammy off the strength of like two singles
Its a decent album but not better than what was nominated for RAOTY
Bruh it won over Victory Lap, Astroworld & Swimming
No way that s*** made sense

Nah
DSP, I Decided & D2 are all better that shows his growth as an artist the best
HOF felt like a weird transitioning period for him
never understood people disliking Humanz except that they wanted it to sound more like older Gorillaz albums, which already sounded nothing like one another
I loved Humanz
Still don’t get the hate
trilogy fans want to relive losing their virginity to the music i’m convinced. idk how you can listen to that s*** anymore
If you're reading this. People on here really like it but I think it was the beginning of Drake's decline
Every Drake release since IYRTITL is terribly overhated so it's not confusing anymore
Not everyone listens to the same music so you won’t see the same reposting worship of albums you think are great
Definitely Dawn FM, not even the commercial performance but on ktt
I think it's a masterpiece, but ofc ktt memes and sales obsession made ppl say otherwise
As a Chronic Tyler Stan I flat out did not understand the head over heels reaction for CMIYGL it was a thrilling listen as per usual of Tyler albums but far from Igor or Cherry Bomb
Every Drake release since IYRTITL is terribly overhated so it's not confusing anymore
Nah Views and Scorpion are some of his weakest work especially when you consider everything that led up to the albums.
WLR when it dropped, i saw so much hate for it i rly didn't get it at first but i guess a lot of ppl only knew and appreciated him for magnolia and a couple of other hits lol
DAMN. General consensus seems to have come around though. Most opinions on it I see now are that it was a solid album rather than the masterpiece people were making it out to be.
This
I always thought DLDT was underrated tbh, Drake stans overrate the shyt out of CLB, i put DLDT over it tbh
trilogy fans want to relive losing their virginity to the music i’m convinced. idk how you can listen to that s*** anymore
It's really only HOB tbh
People came around and consider it a classic but when 808’s dropped everyone that downed it had me tripping out cause it’s an excellent album.
