!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oxA-zbFkAKcThese albums are cool but his first 2 always stood very solidly as his best to me
They’re just so much sharper and hold so much more of a punch, such creative production on them too especially Amerikkka’s Most Wanted
Outkast Idlewild isnt a bad album at all they just set the standards so high for themselves
definitely a handful of great tracks

i agree there especially for their time & their udeniable certified imprint on Rap and music itself
But I think War n Peace volumes are best of both worlds while still sounding fresh along with having fun on some of the singles like the smash hit Pushin Weight
I think theyre a perfect mix of his club, concious and gang eras while being the last of "real Cube" imo until his mid 2000s era when he falls out after Laugh Now Cry Era (which is also a great album with the smash Go to Church but thats the last album of Cube imo)
And of course this is also the era of Cube I heard the most myself along with Westside Connections outside of his older stuff on radio and my dad n his friends
edit: the Metal influences in beats on the later half of War is very experimental and hard af too

I’m not saying it’s bad, I really enjoy it, but I’m spinning every Trav solo album over it
