thats not how the law works
the fact the case was dropped is outrageous. even if he wanted to claim it was "someone else's fault" in court, that doesn't override the actual charge, at best he would get a diminished sentence. the fact the CASE DIDN'T EVEN PROCEED is insane. if this was anyone else except a famous actor they'd still have to face consequences for this.
