it’s a tough thing nowadays, one can convince themselves of anything under the sun through the internet if they want to.
People also oftentimes would rather believe a comforting lie then a painful truth, so even if you were to shove the truth in the common man’s face more often than not they will still choose to close their eyes, and instead believe in some boogeyman secret ritualistic society

ContinCandiAll I know is that it’s becoming increasingly harder and harder to discern what is true and what isn’t these days.
The other day on reddit one dude argued against masks and was challenged on it and he laid out a number of studies that supported his stance, and some of these studies were from reputable sources including the cdc. And then to refute him another person came in using studies that basically said the opposite some of which were also from the cdc.
Well welcome to the world of scientific studies lol
You can almost always find a study that supports your position if there's a good amount of literature on it, that's why you have to read more than just the abstract

Its crazy that he went from fringe to mainstream and even had the president on his show.
