Nayvadius WilburnIssue is that these media companies act as neutral public platforms. Twitter Facebook youtube have a monopoly on social communication which complicates things, as they are technically a private business but act as a global public platform.
i dont care when they ban actual bad people
i promise i get what you're saying. i love that jack dorsey fully admits banning trump was not what he wanted to have to do, and that they have to work to allow more conservative voices
but i also don't feel any sympathy for people like jones or trump getting banned. I straight up don't want their ideas in the public discourse. They're dangerous blatant liars preying on people who want nothing other than to believe that what they've believed their entire lives is the only truth
