Phenomenon experienced at night where your visual perception of an object is greatly altered. In my experience, this usually takes place when stressed or sad. As of now it’s unclear what directly causes Alice in Wonderland syndrome, but studies show it’s associated with migraines or head trauma.

We can have a space to share our experiences, frustrations, home remedy’s, and so forth regarding this condition.

Usually when I wake up in the middle of the night I’d see either orbs, writings or faces on my walls morphing and what not

I don’t think nothing of it now cause I know it’s just me still waking up but years ago I was spooked as hell

Also I seen Hat Man a few times and knowing it’s a thing experienced but lots of ppl is baffling

It’s simply more than just dreaming, you literally envision distorted objects in your mind when your eyes are closed.

We need to create a movement to raise awareness and support for this condition, maddening how nobody seem to care about this.

When I get a premonition, it feels like reality slightly pulsates in and out of itself.
Used to get that glitch all the time when I was younger… not so much as an adult.
