This feels like a tee up for the finale BUT adding that layer of Wendy controlling the Xenomorph is super interesting

I thought Timothy Olyphant's character was a spy or some s*** but now I think he's just an idiot

there’s so many ways they can f*** this last episode up it’s making me nervous

i'm sad there's one more, i think all the lead up was necessary but for some reason i feel they're just getting started. idk if there are any script leaks but i was wondering (if they can actually escape) if they'll go to yutani or something (in the next season)

He's probably going to kill boy genius or help the eye take control of him instead of Wendy's brother lol I like the character tbh but I'm also a big Olyphant fan

Yeah I genuinely have no idea. They not only have to conclude this story well but also setup the next season

I'll need to avoid this thread w all the spoilers damn but just watched first two ep's and very impressed. feels like a loving homage to 70s/80s scifi but w lots of interesting ideas of its own. and its own style. the editing is borderline experimental with the amount of cross dissolves and general speed of it.

it feels like they actually have a story to tell here. very interesting concept that the world is split not by countries but corporations, hybrid human stuff super interesting. and what happens to Earth when we're suddenly not the most dangerous species anymore. lots of cool big scope scifi sfx already, and pretty effective genuinely f***ed horror too. so far I'm hype

I think the best case scenario is the alien follows Wendy till they get off the island then it turns on her or stops listening

Showing it was smart enough to go along with her just to escape

If they really go for the women in the dark s*** idk how that’s gonna pan out
